The first Food For Thought transitional project meeting took place on 6th and 7th of November 2017 in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. The South West College Project Coordinator presented the project to the partners, outlining the tasks and the course of action for implementation. All partners made short presentations on their colleges and training organisations. Members better understood their individual roles and created a work plan for the first Intellectual Output (IO1) led by People 1st. Members agreed to maintain close contact via online meetings in the coming months with the second transitional project meeting to be held in Sligo, Ireland in October 2018.
